1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5099
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5099 on page 2, line
3 16, after "scene", by inserting the following:
4 ". As used in this Section, "emergency scene" means a location
5 where an authorized emergency vehicle as defined by Section
6 1-105 of this Code is present and has activated its
7 oscillating, rotating, or flashing lights".
