| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | 3 | | Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Jaylynn | 4 | | Ferrell of Harrisburg, who passed away on February 29, 2012; | 5 | | and
| 6 | | WHEREAS, She was born on November 2, 1989, in Paducah, | 7 | | Kentucky, to Dennis Jay and Patty (Peters) Ferrell; and
| 8 | | WHEREAS, She was a registered nurse at Harrisburg Medical | 9 | | Center Special Care; she was a member of the First Baptist | 10 | | Church of Harrisburg, where she taught Sunday school for | 11 | | 3-year-olds; and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her maternal | 13 | | grandfather, Thomas Peters; her great-grandparents, Marie and | 14 | | George Emmel, Wimpy and Florence Hombirg, and Ralph and Audie | 15 | | Ferrell; and her special uncle, Gene Ferrell; and
| 16 | | WHEREAS, Jaylynn Ferrell is survived by her parents, Dennis | 17 | | and Patty Ferrell; her brother, Austin Ferrell; her paternal | 18 | | grandparents, Ann and Dennis Ferrell; her maternal | 19 | | grandmother, Anita Peters; her uncle, Roger Peters; her | 20 | | cousins, Kevin and Thomas Peters and their mother, Kim; and | 21 | | several great-aunts and uncles; she is also survived by her |
