AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 170

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 170 as follows:

on page 2, by replacing lines 13 through 14 with the following: "office (i) for a term expiring on June 30 of 2015, and every 4 years thereafter and (ii) until the Superintendent's successor is"; and

on page 2, line 23, by replacing "20" with "15"; and

on page 3, by replacing lines 17 through 18 with the following: "hold office (i) for a term expiring on June 30 of 2015, and every 4 years thereafter and (ii) until the Superintendent's"; and

on page 4, line 1, by replacing "20" with "15".
