1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1064
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1064 on page 2,
3 line 2, by inserting after "contractors." the following:
4 "The changes made to this Section by this amendatory Act of the
5 97th General Assembly apply only to contracts entered into on
6 or after May 1, 2012. The changes made to this Section by this
7 amendatory Act of the 97th General Assembly do not apply to the
8 renewal of contracts in which the original contracts were
9 entered into before May 1, 2012."; and

10 on page 2, line 24, by inserting after "facility." the
11 following:
12 "The changes made to this Section by this amendatory Act of the
13 97th General Assembly apply only to contracts entered into on
14 or after May 1, 2012. The changes made to this Section by this
15 amendatory Act of the 97th General Assembly do not apply to the
16 renewal of contracts in which the original contracts were
17 entered into before May 1, 2012.".
