1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1539
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1539, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1 as follows:

5 on page 7, by deleting line 2; and

6 on page 7, line 14, by replacing "company." with "company; or";
7 and

8 on page 7, immediately below line 14, by inserting the
9 following:
10         "(6) any person acting as an agent of the Illinois
11     Department of Transportation in the acquisition or
12     relinquishment of land for transportation issues to the
13     extent of their contract scope.".
