1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1567
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1567, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1, as follows:

5 on page 2, line 15, by replacing "5" with "6"; and

6 on page 2, line 19, immediately after "employer community,", by
7 inserting "one member representing production agriculture land
8 owners,"; and

9 on page 3, by replacing lines 2 and 3 with the following:

10     "Section 15. Report on carbon capture and sequestration
11 legislation.
12     (a) The Commission shall file a report no later"; and

13 on page 3, by replacing lines 16 and 17 with the following:

1         "(8) Coordination with federal and state laws and
2     regulations.
3         (9) Coordination with the Illinois Department of
4     Natural Resources, the Illinois Environmental Protection
5     Agency, the United States Environmental Protection Agency,
6     and other applicable regulatory agencies and
7     commissions.".
