1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2580
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2580 as follows:

3 on page 2, line 1, after "products.", by inserting the
4 following:
5 "The Department of Children and Family Services shall adopt
6 rules to maintain data on child care facilities without
7 Internet access and shall ensure the child care facilities
8 without Internet access register for available mailing lists of
9 pertinent recalls distributed in paper form.".
