| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
| 4 | | Section 5. "An Act concerning land", approved June 28, | 5 | | 2011, Public Act 97-27, is amended by changing Section 15 as | 6 | | follows: | 7 | | (P.A. 97-27, Sec. 15) | 8 | | Sec. 15.
