625 ILCS 5/11-201

from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-201

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the operation of vehicles upon highways.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning transportation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by changing Section 11-201 as follows:

(625 ILCS 5/11-201) (from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-201)

Sec. 11-201. Provisions of act refer to vehicles upon the highways-Exceptions.

The provisions of this Chapter relating to the the operation of vehicles refer exclusively to the operation of vehicles upon highways except:

1. Where a different place is specifically referred to in a given section.

2. The provisions of Articles IV and V of this Chapter shall apply upon highways and elsewhere throughout the State.
