AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3149

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3149 on page 3, by replacing lines 5 through 7 with the following:

"property. For the 2011 Effective as of the January 1, 2011 assessment year or tax year 2012 and thereafter, the total amount of any such deferral shall not exceed $5,000 per taxpayer in each tax year. For the 2012 assessment year and thereafter, the total amount of any such deferral shall not exceed $20,000 per taxpayer in each tax year.".
