1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3170
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3170 as follows:

3 on page 4, immediately below line 3, by inserting the
4 following:
5 "A township or township board's authority to aggregate
6 loads may be exercised only when the municipality or county in
7 which the township is located does not aggregate residential
8 and small commercial retail electrical loads located within the
9 township.".
