1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3602
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3602 by deleting
3 lines 4 through 23 on page 1 and all of pages 2 through 21; and

4 on page 22, by inserting immediately below line 20 the
5 following:
6 "Notwithstanding any other provision of this Section, the
7 penalty established in this Section shall be assessed for any
8 violation of Section 11-601.5, 11-605.2, or 11-605.3 of the
9 Illinois Vehicle Code.".
