2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3773, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 5, on page 2, immediately below line 24, by inserting the
5 following:
6 "(e) The provisions of this Section do not apply to grants
7 made by the Illinois Department of Public Health for hospital
8 capital investments.".
