| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of
Sally F. Hill of Bloomington, who passed | 4 | | away on April 26, 2011; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Sally Hill was born on May 19, 1952, in | 6 | | Bloomington; she was the daughter of William and Jacquie Frost | 7 | | Frank; she married David L. Hill on August 6, 1976, in | 8 | | Bloomington; and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Sally Hill graduated from Bloomington High School | 10 | | in 1970 and the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy in 1975; | 11 | | and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Sally Hill was employed as a pharmacist at Osco | 13 | | Drugs for over 35 years; and
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Sally Hill was a member of the Second Presbyterian | 15 | | Church in Bloomington, the Delta Gamma Sorority, the Daughters | 16 | | of the American Revolution, the Antiquarian Club, and P.O.E.; | 17 | | and | 18 | | WHEREAS, Sally Hill enjoyed playing golf, playing tennis, | 19 | | bridge, antiques, gardening, walking, cycling, Pilates, | 20 | | reading, traveling, visiting with her friends, and especially |

| 1 | | baby-sitting her granddaughter, Alexa; and
| 2 | | WHEREAS, Sally Hill is survived by her husband; her | 3 | | daughter, Katie (Dalan) Thornton; her son, Brian W. Hill; her | 4 | | parents, Bill and Jacquie Frank; her brother, Chip (Debbie) | 5 | | Frank; her sister, Janie Frank; her granddaughter, Alexa | 6 | | Thornton; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Don and Shirley | 7 | | Hill; her brother-in-law, Buzz (Barbie) Hill; her | 8 | | sister-in-law, Sue (Kelly) Davidson; and her other family | 9 | | members; therefore, be it
