SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Kenneth W. Bozovich of Whittington, who
4passed away on May 4, 2011; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Kenneth Bozovich was born on September 19, 1942,
6in West Frankfort; he was the son of Nicholas John and Dollie
7Faye (Overturf) Bozovich; He married Rosemary (Reynolds) on
8Sept. 21, 1963, in West Frankfort; and
 
9    WHEREAS, Kenneth Bozovich retired after working as a coal
10miner for 34 years; he spent most of his career with the Old
11Ben Coal Company; and
 
12    WHEREAS, Kenneth Bozovich was a member of St. Joseph
13Catholic Church in Benton, the Buck High Trail Club, and the
14American Quarter Horse Association; and
 
15    WHEREAS, Kenneth Bozovich enjoyed hunting and raising
16horses; and
 
17    WHEREAS, Kenneth Bozovich was preceded in death by his
18parents and his sisters, Mildred Jacobs, Annie Mason, Ruth
19Baluk, Mary Bozovich, and Betty Elaine Braden; and

1    WHEREAS, Kenneth Bozovich is survived by his wife, Rosemary
2Bozovich; his children, Michael Bozovich and his wife, Jody,
3Richard Bozovich and his wife, Melissa, and Katherine Bozovich;
4his grandchildren, Lucas, Megan, and Jacob Bozovich; his
5sisters, Donetia Laur and Virginia Benns; his brothers, Howard
6Bozovich and his wife, Nellie, and David Bozovich and his wife,
7Diana; and his many nieces, nephews, and cousins; therefore, be
8it
 
9    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL
10ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
11his family and friends, the passing of Kenneth W. Bozovich; and
12be it further
 
13    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
14presented to the family of Kenneth Bozovich as an expression of
15our sympathy.
