| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are deeply | 3 | | saddened to learn of the death of Dolores M. Frankford of | 4 | | Carlinville, who passed away on November 2, 2012; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Dolores Frankford was born on August 25, 1932, in | 6 | | Carlinville to Earl T. and Leta M. Leach (nee Clark); she | 7 | | graduated from Carlinville High School in 1950, and married | 8 | | Alvis Frankford on June 7, 1952, in Carlinville; and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Dolores Frankford was a homemaker and a farm wife; | 10 | | she was an active member of Concord Primitive Baptist Church in | 11 | | rural Palmyra and was a member of HCE of Nilwood, the Red Hats, | 12 | | the Carlinville Senior Citizens, and Palmyra Lioness; and
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Dolores Frankford was preceded in death by her | 14 | | parents, Earl T. and Leta M. Leach; and her brothers, Don and | 15 | | Dale Leach; and
| 16 | | WHEREAS, Dolores Frankford is survived by her husband, | 17 | | Alvis; her daughters, Carol (Randy) Rumble and Colleen (Gary) | 18 | | Wendt; her grandsons, Derek Rumble and Nathan Rumble; her | 19 | | granddaughter, Christine Wendt; her great-grandsons, Colton | 20 | | Rumble and Carter Bray; her sister, Marilyn Mieher; her | 21 | | sisters-in-law, Beverly Leach and Ida Mae Leach; and her nieces |

| 2 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL | 3 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | 4 | | Dolores Frankford, and we extend our sincere condolences to her | 5 | | family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it | 6 | | further
| 7 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | 8 | | presented to the family of Dolores Frankford as an expression | 9 | | of our deepest sympathy.
