| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1155, AS AMENDED, | 3 | | with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. | 4 | | 27, on page 24, by replacing lines 2 through 26 with the | 5 | | following: | 6 | | "is a Class A misdemeanor. A second violation of subsection | 7 | | (a), (b), (c), (d), or (f) is a Class A misdemeanor for which | 8 | | the licensee shall not be eligible for supervision, and the | 9 | | licensee's license to carry a handgun shall be suspended for a | 10 | | period of not less than 6 months, and the licensee shall be | 11 | | required to complete a training course in accordance with | 12 | | subsection (a) of Section 250-85 of this Act prior to | 13 | | reinstatement of the license to carry a handgun. A third | 14 | | violation of subsection (a), (b), (c), (d), or (f) is a Class 4 | 15 | | felony. | 16 | | (i) A violation of subsection (e) is a Class A misdemeanor | 17 | | for which the licensee shall not be eligible for supervision, | 18 | | and the licensee's license to carry a handgun shall be |
