AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1568

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1568 as follows:

on page 6, line 23, by replacing "3" with "5"; and

on page 6, line 24, after "revocation" by inserting "or after the expiration of 5 years from the date of release from a period of imprisonment resulting from a conviction of the most recent offense, whichever is later"; and

on page 7, line 3, after "combination thereof" by inserting "immediately prior to submitting the application"; and

on page 30, line 26, by replacing "3" with "5"; and

on page 31, line 1, after "revocation" by inserting "or after the expiration of 5 years from the date of release from a period of imprisonment resulting from a conviction of the most recent offense, whichever is later".

on page 31, line 7, after "combination thereof" by inserting "immediately prior to submitting the application".
