1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2623
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2623 on page 5 by
3 replacing line 25 with the following:
4 "electricity to be procured or generated on behalf of the
5 aggregation program customers. The corporate authorities,
6 township board, or county board may consider the proposed
7 source of electricity to be procured or generated to be put
8 into the grid on behalf of aggregation program customers in the
9 competitive bidding process. The Agency and Commission may
10 collaborate to issue joint guidance on voluntary uniform
11 standards for bidder disclosures of the source of electricity
12 to be procured or generated to be put into the grid on behalf
13 of aggregation program customers.".
