AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3003 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3003 in Section 5, 
3Sec. 2310-349, subsection (b), by replacing the  sentence 
4beginning "Board members shall serve" with "Board members shall 
5serve without compensation and shall not be reimbursed for 
6necessary expenses incurred in
the performance of their duties
