2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3010 on page 42,
3 line 17, by inserting "and the State's Attorney" after
4 "defendant"; and

5 on page 42, line 21, by inserting after "if" the following:
6 "the offense he or she pleads guilty to, or is found guilty of,
7 is a violent offense, or".
