3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1 as follows:

5 on page 5, line 5, after "device." by inserting "Any law
6 enforcement officer, court, or officer of the court presented
7 with the device shall be immune from any liability resulting
8 from damage to the cellular phone or other type of portable
9 electronic device.".
