1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3255
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3255 as follows:

3 on page 1, line 16, after "area." by inserting "Only the
4 person, group, or organization responsible for organizing the
5 march, assembly, meeting, parade, or gathering is required to
6 obtain a permit or the permission of the principal law
7 enforcement officer, which shall be sufficient to encompass all
8 participants.".
