2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4496 on page 2, line
3 19, by replacing "6" with "12 ~~6~~"; and

4 on page 3, line 17, by replacing "6" with "12"; and

5 on page 4, line 13, by inserting after "hearing." the
6 following:
7 "The request to conduct a hearing shall be granted if the court
8 determines that a hearing would be in the best interests of the
9 minor.".
