AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4707

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4707 as follows:

on page 3, line 24, by inserting a comma immediately after "current"; and

on page 3, line 24, by deleting "and"; and

on page 3, line 24, immediately after "valid", by inserting ", and not previously disciplined"; and

on page 4, immediately below line 6, by inserting the following:

"Any individual performing accountancy activities under this subsection (d) shall be subject to discipline in the same manner as an individual licensed under this Act.".
