2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4725 as follows:

3 on page 18, line 24, by replacing "15" with "5 ~~15~~"; and

4 on page 19, by replacing line 1 with the following:
5 "declaration, and no less than 10 business days prior to
6 payment thereof."; and

7 on page 25, line 16, by replacing "lesser ~~greater~~" with
8 "greater".
