2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5567, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 2, on page 2, lines 8 through 13, by deleting "If the
5 Department does not timely respond to any application or
6 submission of additional information and documentation after
7 initial submission, then the application shall be deemed
8 granted and the permit shall be issued by the Department within
9 3 working days after the expiration of the time to respond.".
