1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 107
2     AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend House Joint Resolution 107 by
3 replacing lines 7 through 13 with following:

4     "RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
5 NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE
6 SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the request made by Oswego CUSD
7 308 - Kane, Kendall, Will with respect to general State aid,
8 identified in the report filed by the State Board of Education
9 as request WM100-5966-2, is approved for 2 years and
10 disapproved for the remaining 3 years; and be it further

11     RESOLVED, That the request made by Oswego CUSD 308 - Kane,
12 Kendall, Will with respect to instructional time, identified in
13 the report filed by the State Board of Education as request
14 WM100-5966-1, is approved for 2 years and disapproved for the
15 remaining 3 years; and be it further
