1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 45
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 45 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation
5 Act is amended by changing Section 1-101 as follows:

6     (210 ILCS 48/1-101)
7     Sec. 1-101. Short title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~
8 Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Act.
