1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1164
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1164 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Elder Abuse and Neglect Act is amended by
5 changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (320 ILCS 20/1)  (from Ch. 23, par. 6601)
7     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and~~and~~ may be
8 cited as the "Elder Abuse and Neglect Act".
