2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1567 as follows:

3 on page 1, line 18, by replacing "established" with
4 "administered"; and

5 on page 2, line 3, by deleting "USA"; and

6 on page 2, line 5, by deleting "establish and"; and

7 on page 2, by replacing lines 14 through 15 with "Subject to
8 appropriations made to the Department of Human Services".
