AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1609

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1609 on page 2, line 3, by inserting "or duty as a human service provider", after "duty"; and

on page 2, by replacing lines 5 and 6 with the following: "position of the public official or the human service provider, or"; and

on page 2, line 14, by replacing "or investigator" with "or investigator".
