1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1841
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1841 as follows:

3 on page 2, by inserting immediately below line 25 the
4 following:
5 "(d) None of the provisions of this Section apply to a
6 person or entity licensed under the Real Estate Appraiser
7 Licensing Act of 2002 or its successor Acts.".
