2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1912 on page 1,
3 line 13, by inserting immediately after the period the
4 following:
5 "Written confirmation includes all communication by written
6 means."; and

7 on page 3, line 9, by replacing "all" with "the executed
8 release and all".
