1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2636
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2636 as follows:

3 on page 9, line 21, after "epilepsy", by inserting ", or as
4 provided by administrative rule"; and

5 on page 9, line 25, after the period, by inserting "The
6 Department of Public Health may adopt rules to allow other
7 individuals under 18 years of age to become registered
8 qualifying patients under this Act with the consent of a parent
9 or legal guardian. Registered qualifying patients under 18
10 years of age shall be prohibited from consuming forms of
11 cannabis other than medical cannabis infused products and
12 purchasing any usable cannabis.".
