1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2730
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2730, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 4, by inserting immediately below line 15 the
5 following:

6 "(g) Notwithstanding that the person's omitted subordinate
7 interest in the real estate has been terminated pursuant to
8 this Section, nothing in this Section shall be construed to
9 extinguish or impair any claim of such person in the surplus
10 proceeds of a sale held or distributed pursuant to subsection
11 (d) of Section 15-1512 of this Code after the confirmation of
12 the sale of the real estate for which such person had an
13 omitted subordinate interest.".
