2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2989 as follows:

3 in Section 5, in the introductory clause, by replacing
4 "Sections 14-1.09 and 21B-25" with "Section 14-1.09"; and

5 in Section 5, by deleting Sec. 21B-25.
