1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3309
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3309, AS AMENDED,
3 in Section 5, by replacing all of Sec. 2-163 with the
4 following:

5     "(40 ILCS 5/2-163 new)
6     Sec. 2-163. Termination of plan. Upon plan termination, a
7 participant's interest in the pension fund will be
8 nonforfeitable."; and

9 in Section 5, by replacing all of Sec. 14-153.3 with the
10 following:

11     "(40 ILCS 5/14-153.3 new)
12     Sec. 14-153.3. Termination of plan. Upon plan termination,
13 a member's interest in the pension fund will be
14 nonforfeitable."; and

1 in Section 5, by replacing all of Sec. 18-170 with the
2 following:

3     "(40 ILCS 5/18-170 new)
4     Sec. 18-170. Termination of plan. Upon plan termination, a
