1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3397
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3397 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Retailers' Occupation Tax Act is amended by
5 changing Section 14 as follows:

6     (35 ILCS 120/14)  (from Ch. 120, par. 453)
7     Sec. 14. This Act shall be known as the~~the~~ "Retailers'
8 Occupation Tax Act" and the tax herein imposed shall be in
9 addition to all other occupation or privilege taxes imposed by
10 the State of Illinois or by any municipal corporation or
11 political subdivision thereof.
