AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3435 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3435 on page 5, 
3line 6, by inserting after "Sentence." the following:
4"Aggravated assault as defined in subdivision (b)(11) is a 
5Class B misdemeanor."; and
