1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3441
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3441 on page 5,
3 immediately below line 8, by inserting the following:
4 "Nothing in this Act shall be construed to affect the
5 authority of the Attorney General to enforce the Consumer Fraud
6 and Deceptive Business Practices Act and the federal Consumer
7 Financial Protection Act of 2010, as authorized by 12 U.S.C.
8 5552.".
