AMENDMENT TO SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 79

AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend Senate Joint Resolution 79 as follows:

on page 3, immediately below line 6, by inserting the following:

"2) The confidentiality of all records to actual or alleged violations of traffic, boating, or fish and game laws, or municipal or county ordinances by minors under 18 years of age;"; and

on page 3, line 7, by replacing "2" with "3"; and

on page 3, line 11, by replacing "3" with "4"; and

on page 3, line 13, by replacing "4" with "5".
