| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Virginia "Ginny" Gangloff Baahlmann, who | 4 | | passed away on November 1, 2013; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Virginia Baahlmann was born on April 10, 1930 in | 6 | | St. Louis, Missouri; her parents were Roy and Viola (Boice) | 7 | | Gangloff; she married Dr. Ralph Baahlmann, Sr. on June 14, 1952 | 8 | | in Aviston; and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Virginia Baahlmann enjoyed golfing and played for | 10 | | many years as a member of Lockhaven Country Club with her | 11 | | husband; she was an accomplished artist and painted many | 12 | | beautiful pictures; she also loved working in her garden, | 13 | | playing cards with her friends, and spending time with her | 14 | | family; and
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Virginia Baahlmann was preceded in death by her | 16 | | husband and her parents; and
| 17 | | WHEREAS, Virginia Baahlmann is survived by her children, | 18 | | Ralph H. Baahlmann, Jr., Mark G. Baahlmann, Barbara M. (Dr. | 19 | | Tobin) Boyd, Matthew L. (Teri) Baahlmann, Nancy E. (Tom) Reese, | 20 | | and John L. (Nancy) Baahlmann; her grandchildren, Matthew and | 21 | | Jill Baahlmann, Matthew (Kortney) Korte, Nick Korte, Megan and |
