2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
3 | | learn of the death of Robert T. Cenar of Marengo, who passed |
4 | | away on January 16, 2014; and
|
5 | | WHEREAS, Robert Cenar was born in Chicago to Robert J. and |
6 | | Carolyn (nee Miller) Cenar on March 6, 1960; he married Dian |
7 | | Onyett on March 11, 1989; and
|
8 | | WHEREAS, Robert Cenar worked for more than 30 years at |
9 | | Midwest Trading Horticultural Supplies, Inc.; he was integral |
10 | | in building the company from its inception and was ultimately |
11 | | President and Chief Operating Officer; and
|
12 | | WHEREAS, Robert Cenar enjoyed horseback riding, hiking, |
13 | | camping, and blazing trails at his "farm"; he was an avid |
14 | | Chicago Bears fan and liked to take trips in the Rocky |
15 | | Mountains and camping in Navajoland, Canyon de Chelly and |
16 | | Monument Valley; and
|
17 | | WHEREAS, Robert Cenar is survived by his wife, Dian; his |
18 | | father, Robert; his sisters, Karen (James) Wellhausen and Lori |
19 | | (Paul) Trost; his nieces and nephews, Jamie, Jimbo, and Jackie |
20 | | Wellhausen and Adam, Alex, and Andrew Trost; and many other |
21 | | members of the Onyett, Loya, Kappenman, Miller, Wandling, |
