| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Kathy E. Musnicki of McHenry, who passed | 4 | | away on May 18, 2014; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Kathy Musnicki was born in Elgin on December 8, | 6 | | 1963 to George and Judith (nee Covey) Bailleaux; she graduated | 7 | | from Elgin High School in 1983 and married John F. Musnicki on | 8 | | November 13, 1993 at Queen of the Rosary Catholic Church in Elk | 9 | | Grove Village; and
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Kathy Musnicki worked as a bank teller with the | 11 | | Kane County Teachers Credit Union for over 10 years; upon | 12 | | getting married, she and her husband resided in Bensenville, | 13 | | where she was employed at Bensenville Credit Union for 3 years; | 14 | | for the past 18 years they lived in McHenry, where she was | 15 | | employed by Harris Bank in Crystal Lake until becoming a | 16 | | stay-at-home mom; and
| 17 | | WHEREAS, Kathy Musnicki enjoyed boating, traveling, and | 18 | | gardening, and was an avid fan of the reality TV Shows, | 19 | | "Survivor" and "The Amazing Race"; she loved playing board | 20 | | games with her family and the companionship of her cats, Jake | 21 | | and Eddie; and

| 1 | | WHEREAS, Kathy Musnicki was preceded in death by her | 2 | | father; and
| 3 | | WHEREAS, Kathy Musnicki is survived by her husband of 20 | 4 | | years, John; her daughter, Bailey Ann; her mother, Judith | 5 | | Fisher; 2 sisters, Lynne (Steve) Good and Susan (Tom) Hokanson; | 6 | | a sister-in-law, Jackie (Andy) Stacy; 2 brothers-in-law, Fred | 7 | | (Sue) Musnicki and Rick Musnicki; and her father-in-law and | 8 | | mother-in-law, Alfred and Pat Musnicki; therefore, be it
| 9 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL | 10 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | 11 | | Kathy E. Musnicki, and extend our sincere condolences to her | 12 | | family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it | 13 | | further
