30 ILCS 25/3-1
    Amends the Public Accountability and Performance System Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning finance.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Public Accountability and Performance
5 System Act is amended by changing Section 3-1 as follows:

6     (30 ILCS 25/3-1)
7     Sec. 3-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the~~the~~
8 Public Accountability and Performance System Act.
