1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4096
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4096, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1, on page 7, line 25, by inserting after the period the
5 following:
6 "Individual Care Grant recipients in the program the year it
7 becomes inoperative shall continue to remain in the program
8 until it is clinically appropriate for them to step down in
9 level of care.".
