2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4120, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 1, line 16, after "director", by inserting "and
5 embalmer or Illinois-licensed funeral director"; and

6 on page 2, line 6, after "disposition.", by inserting the
7 following:

8 "This Section does not affect any rights or responsibilities
9 held by county medical examiners or coroners under the Local
10 Governmental and Governmental Employees Tort Immunity Act.".
