AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 810 as follows:

on page 2, by replacing lines 3 and 4 with the following:

"examination on his or her first attempt must wait 7 90 days prior to rescheduling an examination. An individual who fails to pass the examination on his or her second or subsequent attempt must wait 30 days prior to rescheduling an examination.".
