5 on page 5, line 2, by replacing "January" with "June"; and

6 on page 5, by replacing lines 15 through 16 with "provided.";
7 and

8 on page 7, line 3, by replacing "ensure" with "(i) ensure
9 that"; and

10 on page 7, line 5, by replacing "involved, if" with "involved
11 and (ii) investigate whether"; and

12 on page 7, line 7, by replacing "or if" with "or whether".
